At Kartzaar, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help!

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:
You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.
You must raise a return request within 3 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at kartzaar.official@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91-6207703516 with:
Order ID
Clear images/video of the received product
Reason for return

Once approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup or ask you to ship the product to our return address.

3. Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, your refund will be processed within 3-7 business days to your original payment method.

If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), we will issue a refund through UPI, bank transfer, or wallet as per your preference.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for items:
That are used, damaged after delivery, or not in original condition
On sale, clearance, or marked “Non-returnable”
Where return is requested after 3 days of delivery

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them. Once processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
